Recommended Bible Study Software & Apps
The following is a list of Recommended Bible Software & Apps (for both computer and mobile devices) with a short description of each including their Download Links. ALL of these can be used offline. They are listed in order of my own personal recommendation, though I recommend them all! For those who currently do not use Bible Software/Apps for personal reading and study, I highly recommend using them. I cannot stress how invaluable these tools prove to be in Bible Reading and Study.

(Apple Mobile Devices)
This App has become my “Go To” for Bible Reading and Study. Though I also use the other Bible Apps, this one by far is used the most due to the features it has that others do not. To begin, there is a “Lite Collection” which is FREE but has minimal resources. Though some of their PAID Collections and Modules can be a bit expensive, for those who want the most out of a Bible Study Software and App, you will be glad that you were willing to pay the price. It is a very scholarly software.

This is also a very Good Bible Software Program/App. It is FREE for Windows PC, and the cost is minimal for Mac, iPad and iPhone devices considering what you get. I also use it daily for reading, study and note preparation. It has many FREE and PAID modules available, as well as “user” sent modules. Has its respective iOS Apps as well (for a very small fee). (As of May 1, 2017 there is NO e-Sword Android App). Also, ALL of the FREE e-Sword PC computer modules can be “converted” for the iPad and iPhone (I have personally done this and am very happy).

Currently e-Sword has the most Spanish modules of ALL Bible softwares out there that I am aware of! Also, their PAID modules are cheaper than other ones out there. This Bible Study App is user friendly and has a good layout. Though it is NOT the Android version of e-Sword, it has many of the same Modules available that e-Sword has. In fact, you can find many of these same Modules available at biblesupport.com (a user based website for e-Sword Modules!).

The Online Bible

This is a very Good FREE Bible Study Software Program & App. I use it daily for reading, study and note preparation. It has many FREE and PAID modules available, as well as “user” sent modules. It also has its respective iOS App as well, (though e-Sword currently has more available for their iOS App). The Apps are very simple and have good functionality (i.e. toggle on & off the Strong’s Numbers). Good for searches and copying & pasting multiple verses. It has excellent cross-references.
